• Location: approximate location for in-person meeting suggestions

• To connect students with tutors

• To improve the App and user experience
• To send important notifications

3. Data Sharing

• We share necessary info between matched students and tutors
• Payment processing through Stripe
• We do not sell your personal information

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us or within the App settings.

You may request a copy of your personal data by emailing tutornowsupport@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

TutorNow is not directed at children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use the app with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
